Lorekraft is operated by Second Quest Private Limited, a company incorporated in Bangalore, India ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information you provide when you visit lorekraft.com or any associated domain (the "Site").
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India.
Lorekraft is currently in pre-launch. We only collect your name and email address to manage our waitlist. No accounts are created, no payments are processed, and no user content is stored at this stage.
Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our waitlist:

- To add you to the Lorekraft Beta waitlist and send you your position confirmation
- To notify you when Beta access opens or when we have material product updates
- To understand how users interact with the Site so we can improve it (via aggregated analytics)
- To detect and prevent spam, abuse, or fraudulent submissions
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies & Analytics
The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish unique visitors and measure usage patterns. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information and are used only for analytics.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by using a browser with tracking protection enabled.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics.
Data Retention
Your name and email are retained in our Zoho Campaigns list until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months in accordance with our GA4 settings. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you individually.

Data Security

The Site is served over HTTPS at all times. Our third-party providers (Zoho, Google) maintain their own enterprise-grade security certifications.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves — particularly when we launch accounts, payments, or user-generated content features. We will notify waitlist subscribers by email of any material changes and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
