By accessing or using the Lorekraft website at lorekraft.com or any associated domain (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Second Quest Private Limited, a company incorporated in Bangalore, India ("Second Quest", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Site immediately.

About the Site

The Site is a pre-launch marketing and information page for Lorekraft — an AI-native multiplayer storytelling and content creation platform currently in development. The Site's primary purpose is to collect expressions of interest via a Beta waitlist.

All product descriptions, features, pricing tiers, monetisation terms, and timelines shown on the Site are indicative and subject to change without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, promise, or guarantee of any specific product features, access, or commercial terms.

Waitlist

By submitting your name and email address through our waitlist form, you:

• Consent to receive communications from Second Quest regarding Lorekraft's development, launch, and related updates
• Acknowledge that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Beta or the final product
• Acknowledge that waitlist position does not confer any rights, entitlements, or priority access obligations on Second Quest
• Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you

You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us at contact@secondquest.games.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Lorekraft name, logotype, wordmark, brand identity, copy, graphics, animations, and the underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Second Quest Private Limited and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and design law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our express prior written consent.

The "Lorekraft" name and associated marks are proprietary to Second Quest Private Limited. Nothing on this Site grants you any licence to use our intellectual property.

Prohibited Conduct

When using this Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party email addresses to the waitlist
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest content or submit bulk waitlist entries
• Impersonate Second Quest, its team members, or other users
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software that could damage the Site or other users' systems

Disclaimers

The Site and all content within it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — either express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Second Quest does not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any product or feature described on the Site will be launched, available, or delivered as described
• The Site will be available in any specific jurisdiction

Feature descriptions, timelines (including "Beta Q3 2026"), pricing, and revenue-sharing terms are aspirational and may change materially before or after product launch.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Second Quest Private Limited and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site
• Any reliance on information or features described on the Site
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter related to the Site or these Terms

In no event shall Second Quest's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of this Site exceed ₹500 INR (or equivalent).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
